MCM and its sister companies Morgan Chase Management and Artful Cartful Catering & Events entered the Disaster Recovery business in 1999. In 2005 Hurricane Katrina made us experts, and we have, since, provided services in the aftermaths of hurricanes, tornadoes, and oilfield camps.
We hold exclusive contracts with Intershelter Domes and are the Second-Tier contract holder for All Hazards Contract in Texas and the food supplier for the First-Tier contract holder. Our experience with serving Red Cross Shelters gives us the ability to prepare, deliver, and distribute meals from central stationary commissaries and mobile kitchens alike. Our ability to serve up to 30,000 meals a day from multiple locations and deliver them to each shelter has been proven by our past performance.
